Cooking Summative Reflection

I felt that this was moderately challenging in the fact that we had limited time. I was worried that my food would not get a chance in the oven so it could be baked. I managed to get it done and I am so proud of myself for completing and accomplishing this test. On the first day I made that filling, on the second I made the dough and it rose overnight and grew to twice its original size. The next day I rolled it and put the filling in and baked it, and also made the glaze. The next day I saw them they were huge but I decide not to linger on that fact because they were delicious, and I was proud.
