1. My greatest accomplishment was learning quickly and being able to understand so that I could help others and being able to learn to appreciate it and use all the time. 2. I will miss Mr.Hardange and little amounts of homework. And I look forward to a new teacher and learning new topics.

1. What is one positive comment that you have for the Grade 6 Band? Please be specific.  That we played very well and even though we squeaked once or twice we made it through and it sounded beautiful. 2. What is one positive comment that you have for the Grade 7 Band? Please be specific. That in Ironclad the trumpets & Clarinets part was played beautifully and had great dynamics. 3. What is one positive comment that you have for the Grade 8 Band? Please be specific. That in the Banks of Bonnie Doon they stayed in very good tempo and beat and played really nice dynamics.  4. What were you most proud of for your performance in the concert? That I managed to keep going and even if I messed up I found my way back in. Michael: I like how you we so well prepared and spoke well with confidence, but maybe you should have added more detail and explain any funny things to make it more exiting. Max: you had lots of detail and explained very well on your website and you problems, but  you just needed to slow down and not pace and move so much and also stutter.  Kai Warner: You were very good at explaining your process and goal, and you talked more instead off reading and that was very good. but you could have giving more detail about the class and what and why you got the money.  Alan & Sebastian: I like how you explained well and gave the full process with some evidence, but you could have included pictures and maybe a video of the event.  Eli & Alan: I like how you showed you game and hole process nicely and weren't going crazy from being nervous, but you could have explained your time with the kids better.  Ritvik & Jacob: You guys did a good job a...

Now we are on week 4 and we are starting to work on our poster I will post the progress or the pages we will have to print out to put on it. Week 1 When Mr Emerson brought up the topic of the Water Project, everyone was excited and we thought that he was bonkers when he gave everyone a sheet of paper in which we have to fill out our interest, skills and talents. We were all in a table group, Ella, Tori and Kyra, so when we started talking about it, we found out that we are all very similar! All of us love reading, and exploring. That we love animals, crafts, nature and that we aren’t afraid of public speaking and we don/t mind getting dirty. We can play sports well, cook, bake, do gardening,paint and explore places. Guess what!!!!! Today we presented!!!!! So this morning the teacher emailed me back and said we could do it today during our science block. Well I told Ella and Kyra and we are sorta freaked out because we thought that we weren't ready. Before we went we had to print out our riddle paper, and well your going to love this. IT DIDN'T WORK. But then we realised it was on the wrong printer (oops). And when I was getting it to work I told Krya to run and get my phone for photos. Well actually sort of forced her because I was in a panic state. So when it finished printing we ran out of the library and sprinted up the stares. So then when we got there we realised we were 10 minutes early. So we sat out side and "tried" to practice. But Kyra had got out a paper and was taking notes and as me and Ella got slide 3. I told you I would post after we talked to the teacher but we didn't get to talk to her she was away, first at lunch we went together to the elementary school laughing because we were nervous and exited. We also got the ok from Mr.Emerson this morning that our presentation is good to present to the kids, we also got more clues done. So we split up looking for the room ella went down the first hall, I did a big loop and Kyra got the second hall. Funny thing though, Kyra was walking to her hall and looks over and sees the sign that says Mrs. Van Gasse and calls me over and points to it and Kyra says "It's all dark I don't think she's here." But I walk to the first hall anyway and call Ella, she was tying her shoe, I think that she had just got her shoes back on. We all walked over and debated what to do. I thought that maybe we could wait becasue she had to come back before her class but we ruled that out becasue we wouldn't have enough time. So we decided t...

We are finally getting some where with progress we are going to talk to the teacher at lunch and try to convince her. I finished 4 clues today and have gave some hard work to the presentation. I hope that we can get this finished on time and the poster to. We have some hard work ahead of us and hope that the hill will pass. So I will post a new post when we have talked to the teacher and see what the result is, I hope its good. Fingers crossed literally. All the other projects have put stress because I don't have all the time in the world, but  I am determined to come out good and strong. I want to look over everything and exemplars to so I can see how ours compares, I'm afraid that well pull in as a below but I want to strive and set my goal to Approaching + (almost Meets) and honestly will be happy with that, because I know the rules are strict. We finally talked to the teacher to find out we had to change we decided that we will get a new one and talk to her Friday, I hope this goes well because this could be a big problem for us. I also finally got my parent signature and got it approved by Mr. Emerson. We hope to have the clues done after we see her room. I hope we don't fall to far behind and end up with a late assignment. These problems are getting me worried but if I know us we will solve them on way or another. Our presentation is basically finished, i'm going to include it with this post. I also have my plan fully drawn out in full detail I will also include a picture of that. I hope that the kids we present it to will like it, I think that maybe i'm just a bit nervous with how the whole thing will turn out. I want to make sure that it goes of without a hitch and so far that's not happening, maybe I'm just a worry wart.

I finished my project and showed it to my parents then wrote a reflection on it. I think this project was very helpful for when you get older and will help me understand how to manage my money. I was also helpful for math and learning percentages and see how I can use this skill in everyday life. I hope that this will make my life easier and help me understand the world.

We started on a new project and will be posting our project process on our blog and how we proceed in doing it. So this is the first post and it will be about our plan and a bit of progress we made on starting it. So our plan is to educate young, fresh, minds about the water problems around the world. We want them to tell there friends and share the news. We also made a bit of progress on our presentation that we will give to the kids. Here is a photo of our progress. I will posting every other day or so so stay posted to get some news on what I am doing for this project.

Interest is a small part of money added to yours, normally is is 5% of the original amount and than 5% of the new amount and goes on like that. If you put more money in it will still be 5% of that new amount. It's how you make money off of your money!!! How is interest calculated?  Interest is calculated by finding 5% (or whatever the precent may be) of the existing number. So 5% of 1,000 is 50 and so you have 1,050 dollars, then you...

1. What are you most proud of from your performance at the concert? That I played most of the notes, stayed on tempo, and did dynamics. 2. What do you need to work on to improve for the next performance? Not to get nervous because that causes me to squeak and miss 1-2 notes. 3. What does our band, as a whole, need to work on to improve for the next concert? Staying on tempo and not looking at people when they mess up. (mistakes don't matter intel you make them.) 4. What did you learn from performing in the concert? That everyone makes mistakes and just keep going and play together. 5. What did you learn by watching others perform? That after lots of practice and perseverance you can be amazing a play like one big instrument.
